Isabelle Falardeau is a doctorate student studying tourism within the geography department at Université Laval (Québec). She acts as coordinator for the Research Chair in Partnership on Authenticity and Innovation in Tourism (Québec-Charlevoix). Isabelle’s research interests include tourism in national parks, sustainable tourism, tourism networks, and innovation and authenticity in tourism. She has hands-on knowledge of the tourism industry, as she previously worked for prestigious organizations such as Whistler-Blackcomb and Aspen Snowmass.
